rx65 S7 lens?

i've looked at the pro 300 bel lens and the rx65 s7 lens and they are different, but the shaping to the casing looks the same...
Has anyone ever tried swapping them out?
i heard the pro 300 has a better lens design, but the s7 was better...? couldn't someone install a pro 300 lens on a rx65 and get improved performance?

The aperture of the two horns is identical and the overall dimensions very similar, so I would expect the same performance boost if you gave the S7 the new M4 lens.

Have you ever wondered WHY the Electrical Engineers who design & built Speed Enforcement radar electronics would add a convex plastic lens on the Front of a transmit/receive antenna Horn ?

Has anyone done it. ??? If i found a defective pro 300 ,, i might try swaping one to my rx65 s7 and test
