Default Before I buy a Blinder M45 Extreme...

I've been doing my research on this forum on which laser jammer to get. Even though I know the LPP, AL, and LI are the best, I think the Blinder M45 Extreme is good for my price range considering it comes with 4 heads. Here are my questions. BTW I'm driving a Lexus IS250 with V1 radar detector

    1. I can't find anything related to how it does in weather (ie. rain, snow, etc). I live in NJ so I will be going through all 4 seasons and I'm wondering if I would have to take my heads off in very bad conditions such as snow. Basically just wondering how it does in weather.

    2. I have not made the choice but would putting 3 heads in the front of my car be fine? I was considering 2 near the grill for the headlight protection and 1 near the license plate and of course 1 behind my car.

Also a theoretical question, if I put all 4 heads in front, would I expect to get JTG on all guns or close to it? I would assume so considering there are 4 heads working to jam, instead of 1-2 heads that are normally installed.

    3. Sorry if this is a stupid question but is the M45 still "prototype?" (saw this on the GOL laser jammer test). Also, seeing that M40 was 83% effective, I'm guessing the M45 would be equal if not better?

    4. I am also going to get the Cheetah Wireless Kit. Would the kit still work for heads that are placed in the rear of the car?

    Thanks for your help.

4 blinder heads is different from 4 LI/LPP/AL heads

If you mount 3-4 heads on the front of your small lexus you should have enough protection though

Blinder m45 is in retail form but Guys Of Lidar have never tested the retail form of the M45...hopefully that will come soon

It should work, but remember the rear heads have wires that will have to be reversed wired from the rear to the front so you will have go through the firewall to get the wires to under the hood to plug them into the control box for the Cheetah wireless kit.

Thanks for all the replies. Now that I think about it, yeah I might wait to see the GOL tests.

Just to clarify, the wires won't need reversing, leave them as is, but yes, you will need to run the cords from rear to front and plug them into the Blinder control box.

I misspoke, I meant wiring the rear of the car(reverse), to the front and under the hood.
