Try unplugging th LED and speaker and test the Blinder heads with the remote with the car in the garage or facing the house where it might reflect back at the V1. If the V1 goes off you can assume the heads are firing. Try 1 head at a time.

...not possible as the garage has some cr-p in it and the garage door is a flat dark color...i would rather do something in the way of a test that is a little more "solid".....made a phone call a while ago to someone that i think has a camera phone...waiting to hear back...will advise...
UPDATE;
...for those following the thread, it would appear that i may have a "flakey" blinder head unit as the maini cpu logic unit appears good.....both heads fire however, when the drivers head is plugged in, the buzzer/led unit goes nuts....a "repair" is in the works......
I had a Blinder 20 on my C5 Corvette. It lasted 2 years before it started giving false signals and then the warning buzzer stayed on all the time after start up.
Because the M20 was installed by removing the Corvette's front bumper I was prepared to have it replaced. After calling the Blinder Guy he said its probably one of the heads. It sounded to me like he had seen this problem many times before.
I had the option of ordering a single replacement head and then I thought the largest part of the expense was the labor. If the other head decided to go out then a second replacement and labor charge would ensue.
I solved the problem by removing the entire Blinder unit and replacing it with an Escort 9500ci. Problem solved, I probably saved money in the long run and got the GPS feature to boot.
