Hmm, what is a "Ferrari thing?"

He had no idea it was a GT Ford.

I am thinking they beat the charges, since the officer was using tail lights as the method to determine who was racing. The office should have kept his mouth shut and not said what he was thinking.

Also the video of them racing was from another car so the police did not have access to that video. If they beat the charges, and releasing that video means the police can not come back after them, the old double jeopardy.

Good luck hitting something that fast. I highly doubt you'd be able to hit something going 30mph let alone 160.
