Recently, i have got new tyres. Yokohama AD07 215/45/17. These are near R compound tyres. I had these already before but just got new pairs. Also i got my alignment done properly.
Now...... when i take the car to the mountains for "spirited driving", it is no longer making any skidding sounds. I take the turns at even slightly higher speeds than before but yet it is not skidding. However my suspension is stock, and at high turns of 120 km/h the whole car tilts to one side very badly, but it is not skidding.
I"m afraid to push it even further as I worry that i may not get any "pre-skidding squeeling sound" to warn me. Previously when i was near the limits my tyres would squeel but now it seems that even tho ugh i'm pushing it further, it is not squeeling.
Coudl it be that my car's limits have really increased a lot due to the new tyres & alignment? Or could i end up going out of control without any skidding sounds to pre-warn me?
