Cobra detects trains...

Oh yeah my awesome 9 band! cobra used to pick up trains,even when i was not near any tracks! Try and top that belscort

Great for theives that don't drive cars :D

All the kids in the neighborhood are putting Cobras on their bikes because they detect the ice cream truck even before you can hear the music :happy:

Nope. Cobra Safety Alert and SWS are different incompatible encodings but both reside on K-band.

Thanks for the clarification.

Some of the older EMD (Electro Motive Division) engines utilised K band radar to control wheel slip on the engines.

I actually had a cobra with voice alerts, it said "Train approaching" once but i already saw the train. and another time it said the same thing in front of a walgreens. about 10 miles from any rail road tracks. so... who knows.

That latter alert is the meth train alert, reminding meth addicts to run in and pick up some sudafed.
