Yep. If you peel very slowly and rub your thumb along the gap as you are peeling, then usually you can remove the VHB adhesive without any problem. It just takes several minutes of work and patience. If any torn residue is left, then I have found that soaking the residue in isopropyl alcohol works rather well when followed up by the thumb rubbing method. You could use denatured alcohol, but denatured alcohol is "hotter" and could possibly damage the appearance of the ceramic dot finish. VHB can be fully and cleanly removed -- it just takes some patience.Quote:
