Oh, definitely. Once Cheetah gets an interface up for the STi-R, it will be an unbeatable combo for $100 bucks less than the 9500ci.
To each his own. Both setups would be excellent, but I'd much rather have a 9500ci for $1600 than that setup for $100 less. The ZR4s are admittedly not the best, but they're better than nothing and perform quite respectably when combined with Veil.

I have the 9500ci and the STi-R and while the STi-R is supposed to be an equal to the 9500ci on radar performance, it is not. It is on par with my V1 (3.856). One will alert ahead of the other on almost equal basis. But they are never more than a second apart. If there one alerts more than one seoond ahead of the other it's the V1.
I think I am sending my STi-R in for a checkup because it is seriously lacking behind the 9500ci in performance.
