But if you got a black C4 vette you can slap a used ZR3 on it, put a 8500 X50 with it and get great performance out of the combo if you pay close attention to the road. Situational awareness is universally considered your best countermeasure. ;)

While the LI Dual is clearly the best jammer, you would be very well protected with a Blinder M27 given the compact size and favorable colour of your vehicle.

You may even get away with a ZR4, but since Blinder is same price, you may as well get that.
