    Default Lidar/radar san antonio tx

I am fully aware of the false innocent pleas in regards to receiving speeding tickets, but in my situation I am Innocent. I was apparently "clocked" at 77 mph when PASSING a police vehicle 2 lanes over in a 65 mph zone. Honestly I am not that stupid to exceed the speed limit especially when I visibly notice a police vehicle. As an u written rule vehicles tend to slow down to at least 10 mph below the speed limit around here when in the vicinity of police vehicles. I got over to the far left lane and proceeded at my 67 mph pace....I was then pulled over....Simply stating that I was not "speeding" in court will not help me. I am trying to win with facts that support the inaccuracy of the LIDAR/RADAR systems...Also the cop was very aggressive lol..any suggestions?

This sounds more like a pacing violation then inaccuracy of radar/laser.
