    Default New to Radar Detectors

    Hello all,

I just got my first detector. Uniden R3

Trying it out in my pickup for a while before I get busy in the JAG

I don't speed in my truck, its for work, doesn't really have the balls to get going too fast. Take my time most times.
It gives me a good opportunity to learn how these units work, features, modes, false alarms etc

I want to post a question in the general discussion, if the forum lets me.

    Ken

Welcome Ken. I'm the Walmart door greeter. Have a post for the general, bring it on baby! JAG eh? Studying RD law? Your R3 is an excellent test dar with a learning curve you'll enjoy. But be patient, it does more than my mother and law ever did.

    Have fun,

    Kmeleon
