Please note that the audio files used in the LI are not the common MP3 or WAV files but rather are PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) files and as such, must be configured that way for the LI CPU to properly execute them during any upload.

On the web site, the software states up to version 7.10 but the latest version is the 7.11...is there a newer software version for the 7.11 or can the software for the 7.10 version be used?

Yes my new HP LI's arrived today safe and sound. Now all I need is some time off to install them.
I emailed Cliff the other day for this first time regarding a couple of questions I had about his product. The response time was very good (within 10 hours) and I sent the email in the evening. His response was through and very helpful.
Customer service to me is just as important to the product itself. I'll be ordering the LI dual kit in a couple of months when I purchase my new vehicle, thanks to Cliff.
I'm really looking forward to getting my LI's soon knowing of Cliff's great CS.
