not to be off topic, but does anyone know of a good place to get my Valentine 1 and LI installed locally? I drive a BMW 335 vert. if that makes a difference.

I'm in N. Austin... although I do my own installs so I can't recommend anyone off hand. I'll be installing an LI dual on my BMW X5 very soon, and have a V1 on my M5. You're welcome to stop by and check it out.

Hey man, nice to hear from an Austinite...

let me know when you're doing the LI install... would love to drop by and see the installation process...

Also, I'm guessing you've done the V1 install hardwired through the rearview mirror. It gets tricky for me since I'm in a vert... no one that I know can confirm if it's the same process. Would be nice to look at your install regardless thuogh.

I would think you could tap into the light on one of the sun visors, assuming you have lighted visor.

Count me in - I'm in Dallas/Fort Worth, but I have family down in that area.

I just got my 4 Head Laser Interceptor system installed, and need to test/tune it.

I'm so happy i stumbled upon this thread because I can't seem to find anyone local willing to help me do a quick test. And I don't want to haul ass around the city without some confirmation that things are working.

Yeah, I'll definitely give him a call and a heads-up. With any luck, he'll have a day off and we can carpool down with a few guns (lidar and otherwise ).
