Not sure about the actual gun but the mostly used band is Ka and even some K band.
I dont get it...even Dave has said this...that Laser isnt used in your state of Anus...yet they outlaw Jammers....talk about backwards!!

Buying a jammer based that you can link it to your X50...not really a good idea...IMO!

About 6 months ago it wasn't Ford. Now I am seeing more and more of it. The ISP is getting serious about one car with a laser gun and 5-6 chase cars. Seen it about 4 times in the last 3 months. BASTARDS.

Yeah, you will see plenty of lidar in Illinois, more so in warmer seasons. I get hit the most on the highway by ISP day or night.
I've also encountered lidar with my Zr3 from the Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Chicago and Tinley Park PD's.
