Default MEMTEK modified ZR4s create a black hole...

MEM-TEK modified my ZR4s today, too. Unfreakingbelievable performance!!!

I got the 9500ci primarily for additional radar protection, and had relegated my ZR4s to backup duty after relatively poor testing compared to stock LIs. MEM-TEKs mods have changed all that - against the TruSpeed and PLIII I was JTG with modified ZR4s only. What makes this especially interesting is that my ZR4s are at the corners of my vehicle and we couldn't get punchthroughs with corner or center mass shots.

I can't wait to see how they perform against the Laser Surgeon (aka Rsatmans) at the next Atlanta Jammerfest, but I feel the MEM-TEK modified ZR4s are at least as good as LIs at this point.

MEM-TEK - I can't thank you enough for coming down and doing this for me. You're the man!!! Hope you made it home safe.

Yes on both of our cars the ZR4's have less then optimal positions yet performed great. Only more testing will tell but from our limited testing yesterday the improvement is amazing.

I made it home safe and sound. Man, my back was friggin killing me! I threw out my back last Monday while cutting my entire (huge) yard with a push mower since that was the first dry day we have had in three weeks. The grass was about 2 feet tall, and the riding lawn mower was shot. You have no idea how many times I had to flip that push mower on its side, clear out wads of grass, and then yank on the damn pulley cord to crank it back up again. It had to be at least 20 times.

Escort doesn't seem to be interested in the mods which I made to the ZR4's. So, I may go ahead and fully disclose the mods and how to do them at some point in the future. The mods are time consuming -- figure on an entire afternoon to do them, plus a small chunk of money. But first, lets see how Cat's and M6D's modified ZR4's do at the next Atlanta Jammerfest. That is going to be pretty soon.

Escort is making a big mistake in my opinion. The difference is unbelievable. I have shot the PL3 at my car both before and after the mods, trust me it's a completely different jammer.
