    Question Using an Airbrush

Have never used an airbrush before. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive, yet decent, airbrush for Veil? What materials do I need with it (solution to mix in? air canister?)?

Still no reply to this? I'm interested to know about this, too. I've got 3 cars I'd like to veil, and don't want to do a hatchet job on my girlfriend's car, or my weekend car the way I did on my daily driver.

Yeah I'd be interested to hear any advice on this, I'm considering airbrushing the Veil G4 as well.

    JDS,

Hopefully, dude, you won't need to with G4.

Oooh, now that's some good news! I have been worried about screwing up the application and burning through a whole can of the stuff -- as well as countless wasted hours of removal -- just to get a nice, neat job done.

I bought my new car today! I pick it up on Monday, then the wiring party begins. Hopefully, Veil is not far behind!

    JDS,

Oh, most definitely, that's why I wrote, we hope.

We've never tried an airbrush application versus brush/foam, so I'll be interested in your findings.

I bought a a basic kit that you use to paint model cars with it works like a charm. The stuff really needs to be applied in a aerosol form.

Sorry no pics because of my location

Don't they sell a cheap kit at Wal-mart, in the model car section?

I think what I'll probably do is take photos, apply G4 to one headlight with the foam brushes and to the other headlight with air gun, take more pictures, compare, then if one is significantly better than the other, re-apply, and take final pictures.
