It may seem funny, but think about this: Even with X-band (at least by state police, although they have been getting laser in last few years.) the police can be very efficient in revenue enhancement. There are enough "rabbits" in the field for them to catch as many as needed.

Yeah, New Jersey is just insane. Express Lanes South on the GSP - the right lane runs 80mph average and left lane 85-90mph on average.

I'd say they have they're work cut out for them...
