I understand from the previous posts that Radar Detector are legal in this countries, and I want you to reassure me of that state of fact.
Please!
Further more, I have few questions for the users from Croatia and Hungary:
- Instant-on procedure it's aloud by the law?
- Police enforcer are obliged to show you the evidence of the contravention, whether is the speed issue or other traffic related issue?
- Do the police patrol car with radar are operated under so called SO, Service Order. In other words, the location for the use of the radar, road/village/street is made everyday through Orders issued by local Road Police?
- Is the use of the radar without Service Order, or in other area unspecified in Service Order are prohibited and against the operational procedures?
Thank you,
Dolfin

You are in Greek or turkish part of cyprus?
Guys, not to rain on your Greek pride parade, but here΄s an update for Slovenia.
In addition to the Riegl and Traffipatrol guns, the police are now also using the LTI Ultralyte Compact guns.
As far as speed traps go, the police have also added the Multaradar C (Ka 24.125 GHz) to the Gatso-Multanova-Ramet fleet.
Also a question for our Italian members, Lod perhaps: what are the new traffic penalties in Italy, specifically on the Autostrada?
Thanks!
Probablly something like what is the fine you have to pay to the cop if you get caught driving 10km over the limit, 20, 30, etc ;)Quote:
