For people who live or travel in the Louisville, Kentucky area:
I ran into 3 Louisville leo's running X band last night coming home from Thunder Over Louisville. I've traveled Louisville countless times before and had very few X band encounters. I'm not sure why I ran into so many last night alone but regardless, it is used there.

Just to update everyone... I'm still unable to update the sticky due to the issue with the server when submitting large posts.
