As of June 1, 2014 X band and VASCAR Plus are no longer used in North Carolina. The NCHP now uses Golden Eagle 35.5 Ka radar, ProLaser III laser and Tracker (similar to VASCAR). K band is still used by some locals and I have heard reports, but not experienced, 34.7 in use around Charlotte. Also, some towns still have photo redlight and/or speed cameras.
Does anyone know the radar model/band used by Southern Indiana police (Columbus area)?
K band - 24.158 spotted in use by Carolina Beach Police in North Carolina; they went about half a mile past snows cut and turned back around, I think they can go out to Monkey Junction
Was there anything worth going for this year or the normal limited selection with some marked down items from their stock?
