Good to know. I read about this locally but with a different spin.
It's probably a push so they can see if you have been on your phone or texting while driving. I think they are going the back door route and were trying to keep it low profile so they could use the technology prior to the state having to either issue a ban on the practice or a bill to allow such a search.Quote:
