An new member of the dark side... (me)

I broke down and just bought the V1. After the x50 self called on me I sold it, and I have a refurb v1 on its way. I did second day shipping so it would be here before the 3 day weekend. I know I betrayed the x50. I just hope this v1 thing is everything you guys talk about.

Well, considering that it is 40 bux cheaper, with everything including the same warrenty, who wouldnt? They double check the units to make sure they arent flawed and ship them, unlike new units. excited too as I start a new job requiring me to drive the same day the v1 comes.

I wouldnt... and I got a f*d up V1 because I bought new... have to love VR's move on that. :lol: :lol:

You should like the V1, honestly most people get decent units and like them... so just take it easy until you get used to it, thats my only advice, you will be hammered with falses and random arrow movements in the city, so be careful until you get used to and can tolerate them.

Im guessing alot of that has to do with it coming default with pop on. I could care less for pop and will have it off because most of the driving is in the bothell area. looking forward to getting the x50 back to so I can be done with it. My friend only bought it because he knew I'd give him a good deal and he just wanted somthing dependable.

Air, you've made three posts tonight stating that V1's New units aren't as good as their returned units. You're basing this on a single personal experience. Only Fools think in terms of Always and Never.

Your worthless on here, I have used V1's in the past (my friends), and I posted all that way back... maybe your too new to remember those posts...(20 May 2006) Oh you are to new to remember those.
