One friend of mine said that the V1 is illegal in Illinois????
It is true???
as far as I know ALL RDs are LEGAL in Illinois...........that includes the V1..unless theyve got some sort of sh**ty 1 antenna linit BS......which I doubt
probably just jealous of your V1!!!
I dont believe it is true at all. From my understanding RD's for passenger cars are legal in all states except Virginia and DC.
Did u guys saw the VEIL coat for laser jammer????
I think of buy it. If it works for sure???
veil coat for the jaser jammer?
i've not heard of that but, veil do a coating for your car, which covers headlights number plate and any reflective thing on the front or rear of your car (apart from paint)
the veil works by reducing laser reflectivity, for a laser gun to get a reading it must receive a strong return of its own laser.
veil trys to stop the laser from reflecting off your car, this then gives you more time to take action if your jammer or radar detector alerts laser.
if you use veil with a detector then it may provide you with enough time to slow down before he gets a lock on the speed.
if you use veil with a laser jammer then this stops a punch through by the cop aiming at a headlight and the jammer missing the beam...
Veil is a DeFF plus...in use with a laser jammer...
id buy it

Are Radar Detectors Legal?
In the US, Radar detectors are legal for passenger vehicles in 49 states. Radar detectors are illegal in Virginia and Washington DC. Federal Law prohibits the use of radar detectors in all commercial vehicles over 10000 pounds. Radar detector use is also illegal on military bases.
In Canada, only Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick allow the use of radar detectors.
Various radar detector bans exist in other countries worldwide, check your local regulations.
VEIL is AWESOME, IMO in the case of my car it worked WONDERS (307 ft PT @ 56MPH!!!!!!!!!! vs. LTi Marksman 20/20) , I would assume you DONT VEIL the Jammer, because its made to reduce laser effectiveness, and that would include your jammers Laser signals too
all in all, Veil is the best laser countermeasure in terms of cost vs. effectiveness..........
Did the Veil affect your lights??? Are they dark at night???
if theyre REFLECTOR type lenses, then NO they dont affect it very muchQuote:
