Pretty good range from the SR7 (8500)

HWY 225 this morning TDPS trooper with Ka contant on.

I picked up the first signal about .5 miles out slowed to the PSL then moved into the center lane and watched the signal slowly build to full bars. At about .2 miles later there he was on the right shoulder. So I estimate maybe 3/4 - 1 mile range but the terrain was very flat.

It was also pretty amuzing watching my rabbit speed off in the distance only to hit his brakes when he finally got the signal. Cobra user I guess.
