BEL Voice

Is the voice feature in the RX65 and Sti a worthwhile (deciding) factor or just a passing fancy?

What does it sound like? Any audio clips available?

Pretty much a trivial gadget IMO.

The voice is pretty much for kicks, that's all. Can be helpful sometimes but like SAS said, Caveman. I get a kick out of that SAS.

I like the voice feature but it would not be a deciding factor for me.

I prefer a good old Loud Geiger counter sound to get my attention.
I consider Voice an unneeded feature.

If your looking for what matters in a detector, I wouldn't let this
be a deciding factor by any means.

Vioce alerts is a great feature for new detector users. But after you get use to the alert sound you don't need the vioce

I love those caveman commercials, I think the're hillarious.

i just turned my voice feature off the other day, i cant really hear it over my music, the beeping is much louder than the voice and i don't fully care to know what the band is (since the beeping is different for each anyway)
