Hi i have my rx65 hardwired over my rvm and when i turn my car on or turn it off, my rx65 does the same thing, i was wondering is this anygood for the detector. Because my rx65 is way up there by the celing, so i really cant reach the button to turn it off, because the bottoms are touching the celing, and i really dont watn to move it from there cause its giving me a good detection and good sturablity. i just want to know if if this safe for the detecor
No, it shouldn't be bad. If you are really concerned for it, you may want to add some sort of kill switch so that you can turn it on and off when you want to.
Also, there was a product floating around that would delay the start up of electric equiptment for a couple seconds after if first detected your car had started up. Don't know how much it costs or if it even exists anymore.

For a kill switch, just go to your local auto parts. They have lots of switch of different types and sizes. Stick it anywhere you want, and just wire it in, and you're set :)
Shouldn't be more than 3-5 dollars.
