First couple of pages are a little dull.
Then there's one idiot who doesn't know how to use his Decatur Genesis II--he doesn't think it has a stationary mode, or an I/O mode. :roll:
When someone pipes up maybe he should recertify, another cop replies that all he needs to do is read the manual, and that's good enough. :shock:
