STi VS V1 Review Site
Ok so Im really torn between the Beltronics STi and the V1. I recently installed my RX75 as i decided the installation was a pain.
I've read the KA problem with the STi is now fixed.
From everything i've read it points towards the V1. Yet this sites comparisson doesn't speak to highly of the V1.

Is that a respectable site? I know theres alot of false information in the Radar/Laser world.
Cheers guys.

Once I saw "by Craig Peterson" I knew BS!

Ok guys. Thanks. Its a little difficult as a rookie to the game to know which information is credable. The names mean nothing too me.
Looks like V1 it is.

Where are you, Skitlz? If you're in Virginia or DC, the STi is the ONLY way to go.

Actually im in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Radar is Legal here.
From what I've been told (not that its accurate). X Band is rarely used. K Band is photo. KA is our police cars. Based on that the V1 is still the go?
I've ordered my Invicord but am holding off on the detector/mount for a few more opinions.
Glad i stumbled across this site.

I'd narrow it down to whichever Belscort you like and the V1. You have 30 days no questions to try and return.
Also you can get the V1 at a 10% discount if you ask for a returned unit. It will be virtually new.

If you buy an STi from Radar Busters or Beltronics, they have said all the units are made after the 27th week of 2007.
Radar busters staff are aware of the 33.8Ka bug fix.

In Alberta you will encounter many Multanova cameras like in Europe. IMO RX75 is much better for ya ;)
