Aircraft VASCAR is the use of planes to time your speed between two points, usually painted white line on the ground. Here in Florida we have lots of that, some places have warning signs to the effect of such sneakyness.
There is no use of radr from the air, however be weary of over head bridges that has a unit targeting people. Worst is reports of rear targeting.
Sorry, I forgot tp include the word "Aircraft" in that example.

The aircraft cannot use Radar for speed detection. Any speed enforcement using aircraft is a variant of VASCAR.
