AZ folks: Be aware of Scottsdales new "alternate service" camera scam

Scottsdale is now using a new "loophole" to try and get people to pay scamera tickets. People who get a ticket and choose to be legally served by a process server as in AZ law, can be subverted by scottsdale invoking "alternate service" by which someone can just drop off the ticket at your doorstep. How this is legal, I do not know. The lady in this story dared to move and never received the notice and got her license suspended with no notice. What a scam.
