9500i -> 9500ix upgrade question
Ever since I had my 9500i upgraded to ix specification, I no longer hear the "GPS signal acquired" announcement when the receiver locks onto the satellites. Is that a change in the programming from the i to the ix or is there a problem? I am hearing all of the other voice alerts normally it seems.

X2. It will tell you when you have lost the signal, but not when you have acquired it. It will, however, tell you it has acquired if it loses it and then re-acquires.
