Yeah I actually have the 9500ci already and have been enjoying it greatly. The ZR4 has saved me several times, that or I just wasn't going quick enough to meet the LEO's threshold for wasting his time...
Seems like many of the local LEOs in my area have LIDAR, but I have no idea if they have any skill in shooting (bad for me) or are just aiming COM (good, as both heads are fairly close to it). I've been doing 20+PSL when it goes off, I generally bring it down to around 5-10+ PSL and then disable "shifting" and I've yet to be pulled over, but I have no clue if they are getting punchthrough before I disable. :( Makes me want the LI gear, especially after seeing the GoL tests displaying the ZR4's abysmal performance.
