What does a POP alert usually look like??
I'm curious about your experiences with POP alerts. How strong of a signal does the V1 show when you get hit with POP? I know this will vary with distance and conditions, but I would like to know what people's experiences are. My V1 is only a month old and I'm trying to figure out everything.
A side note: I HATE those new cars with adaptive cruise control or some type of distance sensing.....I was being followed by a new Infitinti Q45 the other day and my laser alert was going off every 3 seconds! I know some Mercedes have the Distronic radar cruise system as well.

A POP alert on the V1 is exactly the same as any other alert such as instant-on etc. If you are close to the targeting radar, you'll have a full strength signal that dies out after a few seconds. If you are farther away, it wont go to full strength. Occasionally, even if you are close, it won't go to all the way to full strength, like it maybe detects the end of the burst or something.
