Not happy with Bel repair service
Sent my gx65 in for repair and got it back , everything seemed ok until I tried to do the weekly update. The detector would not go into usb mode and the detector tool said detector not connected . Called bel they said re-regester it ,that didn't work. called again and a differant tech had me put it in usb mode manully ,still showed not connected. Then he said I needed to update my HID driver on my computer ( bull ). it worked fine before I sent it in. Called again told the customer service every thing I tried and the said send it back and they will look at it. WTF
I'm sure they screwed somthing up inside when the worked on it :mad:

try a different USB cable :), had that issue with my 9500ix

Your computer and your detector are machines, and machines sometimes break. It's not like they told you they wouldn't fix it. I can understand that it's inconvenient, but hey, it happens. (See the second law of thermodynamics for a full explaination.)

Sent in because I would get a alert in ka band to full bars and it would stay in full bars even after the LEO was long gone, and sometimes I would get a ka band alert and only a two bars would show up and stay on for a few minutes after the LEO was gone . They repaired the antenna and calibrated it
