How about a used cop bike?
I've thought about purchasing a used CHP bike, for fun and of course to scare the hell out of the driver in front of me....
Used CHP Motorcycles
I found a dealer in Sacramento who handles these all the time....

Expect anything "used cop" to be beaten up pretty good, so you've got to be very careful in what you choose.
I'm a fan of the civvy RT1200s and the RT-P would be a great way to get one pre-wired for CB radio and use the Radar power supply for the radar detector, the siren wiring in place for a lidar system

What the h***, you never know... Check the service records and give it a thorough going over. It could be a goodie for a cheaper price. How much are they asking for one?

I believe the bikes were in the $4-$5K range. Considering these bikes new would be (I'm guessing now) $14K, 60,000 miles is not all that bad. (New price excluding all of the enforcement gadgetry).
It's curious how BMW now owns the law enforcement bike world, years ago it was Harley Davidson.
I went to a motorcycle race in Monterey a few years ago, and CHP had a tent set up for recruiting. They had one of their new bikes there, with all the latest gadgets. They had a radar mounting system with an electrical motor to turn the unit front, rear, or at 90 degrees.
