could the lasers work be placed in the grill of a Gen 7 celica

Here is a picture I grabbed...Nice ride BTW
I think you would want to go in the upper grill as far apart as possible and on the same height with the headlights, absolutely do not install behind the grill. You could go low next to the foglights, but that introduces other problems (being targeted while cresting a hill)

The extreme wrap around headlights may be problematic for you too. You should test your set-up before you are overly confident.
