I just want to say how happy I am with Whistler's customer service. They have to have the best customer service in the industry. Michael B is really great for taking the time to make sure all Whistler users are happy and he actually cares. Thank you Michael B!!!!!

Although my two Whistlers haven't needed any attention thus far, based on others here who were taken care of by MB, i agree MB along with Whistler's excellent 'official' customer support (which i have used in the past-basically dumb questions:o) are some of Whistler's best assets. ;)
Its a rarity these days that a company really does care about its customers!:)
