8500X50 switching the metering process

I set this up in a hurry before work on Friday morning. What is the best way to switch the metering process? Right now I have it on expert and would like to see what band and freq. is being used. Sorry for being the newbie. I am just starting to get back into detectors. Thanks in advance for you help.
