Can you buy new zr4 lenses?
I done something really retarded yesterday:o I mistook a bottle of acetone for a bottle of denatured alcohol and cleaned my zr4 lenses and now they have gone to $hit. The lense looks white because the acetone has eaten away at the plastic.
Is it possible to purchase new lenses?
Re: Can you buy new zr4 lenses?
No need to, they'll serve you the same as before anyways. :D
On another note, why not just invest in Blinders or LI's, get real protection, and sell the ZR4's on fleebay.
Re: Can you buy new zr4 lenses?
Lol, I was expecting something like that. I wish I could buy better jammers but I'm actually saving up to go on holidays to your country. In Australia you can't sell counter measures on fleebay anymore. But the zr4's haven't failed me yet.
On another note I called up the Australian importer and asked if I could by lenses and he said no but he can sell me new heads for $250.00 each.
After I picked myself up off the ground I went and bought some Meguires Plastx plastic polish. Looks to have done the trick I will test them out tomorrrow after work with my PL2.

On behalf of the very few non-moronic members of The United States left: I am sorry (in advance for the rest of the United States).
Furthermore, gain as much weight as possible before you come here... if there is one thing Americans are now... it's fat! As long as you don't speak mate, you'll be just fine if you have a keg instead of 6-pack.
On topic... the ZR4's got what they deserved... I keed! I hope the plastic polish worked!

LMAO, I got on to Larry over on the Escort forum. He has me sorted. Escort really does have the best customer service I have ever come across.
Maybe I should stop going to the gym and go to McDonalds instead:)

Watch Super Size Me a.k.a. how to be like us. Where will you be visiting? Start using double negatives, and saying heighth instead of height. Those are my pet peeves right *their.*:D

Irregardless... that's another good one Americans here use... along with the phrase:
"I could care less..." when they fully mean to say "I could NOT care less..."
OHHHH, and in America people are "jealous" of everything... Why you ask? 'Cause even when they mean to say "envious" they don't understand the difference in concept between the two, so instead of learnin' the difference, they are jealous of everything...
Basically all we are saying is revert back to a 7th grade level of development (or your equivalent), and you will be all set.

The mixing / swapping of jealous and envious isn't a new / recent development, and it's not unique to the US.

To lift the quotation out of that article:
Quote:
Classical Latin used invidia, without strictly differentiating between envy and jealousy. It was not until the postclassical era that Latin borrowed the late and poetic Greek word zelotypia and the associated adjective zelosus. It is from this adjective that are derived French jaloux, Provencal gelos, Italian geloso, and Spanish celoso.
