Another newbie

Hi all,

Just found this forum while poking around about enhancing my protection. I use an old V1 that I'll probably send in for updating, but I'm also looking to add a laser jammer. I'll be asking you guys for advice in other forums.
Right now I'm debating the full Escort setup (9500ci) or adding the LI to the V1.

Welcome to the forum. Since you currently don't have any laser protection, I would get the LI over the 9500ci.

Keep the V1 and add a jammer.

I was leaning that way(adding LI) - my V1 is pretty old thogh, so I'll do the mail-in trade-up/upgrade to get to the latest greatest, though I'm not sure that's even all that necessary...

And LI seems like the universal choice, with maybe Blinder second best? I'll post some specific questions in the appropriate forums.
