The very top and bottom are Vitronic PoliscanSpeed, mobile and fixed respectively. The others I am unfamiliar with.

i have one more question Cliff
is it enough to use Laser Interceptor Parking Sensor Generation 8 QUAD for land cruiser or i need the HP one ?

If you have the ability to do so, for front and rear protection, the HP QUAD would be the way to go.

The third picture shows also PoliscanSpeed. The housing is called "semi-stationary", which gives the police the possibility to use the Poliscan as a fixed camera or remove the components and use it as a mobile one (on a tripod).
