pretty sure all the new ones are 3.872, but I'll leave an owner to comment. I almost got one over my 9500 and was curious about this too
Bought mine early November and its 3.872.
Yep, 3.872 is the latest version. From reading on here, the 3.872 version hasn't been updated for a long time.
