Long article but worth the read. It's nice to see others outside of the police department allowed shirts with writing on them. It's also nice to see the LEO leave the department as well.
this was just another instance of a LEO thinking he was the law instead of enforcing the law. The cop took it personnel and concocted something to have him arrested for. I bet he left to avoid being fired!!
You are exactly right! I know for a fact there are small cities around me that would love to do the same type of BS tactics just to get someone arrested. They could care less if they violate state and/or federal laws. They want bragging rights!Quote:

It got personal with one officer who then went above the law. I think that's what happens in a lot of cases. Cop takes a situation personal and does whatever he can to stop it, whether it's legal or not.

Yes in such cases where the city has never prosecuted someone under a certain law before, yet will use it to nail someone they don't like. Yeah happens around here.Quote:
