It should say somewhere in the manual i would think towards the back
Hi Jim,
I have sent mine back directly to Bel, back in the States a while ago to have the ramp up fixed. I would call Bel and get all the particulars from them. I've used Fed Ex in the past and have had no problems with customs when it came back. It showed up as warranty work.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Since they are illegal in Ontario, you may have an issue getting it repaired there. You may have to send it to Cincinnati to get it fixed, though the manufacturing plant is in Ontario. Ironic I know.

Send it directly to Bel.
Had to do this with my Redline for service. Sent from Ontario to Ohio, returned to my front door in Ontario, no problem. You'll be fine.
Call bel and get your RMA# and follow instructions.
I have sent mine in 4-5 times now and always got it back. I always insure it.
When you get it back your parcels description will be microwave device.
They are legal to own and transported only by a sealed package being shipped to a consignee.
