well if it was a computer "glitch" then it sure sounds like a blanket approval. the only reason they violators got the forged copies is because after the I-Team investigation the Crooks went back and resigned all of the citations. lolQuote:

Case dismissed, that is if the judge isn't on the city payroll.
Seems like Baltimore PD is one of the most corrupt departments around these parts. Just so sad.
