Hello from Europe

Hi,

Just joined to site because i'm about to purchase a LI and would like to have some more information.

Welcome to the forum, go over to the LI sticky and you can read tons of info on the LI. What kind of RD do you have you are going to need one just to cover k or ka, or ku band.

Could you take a quick look at the thread "List of Bands in Europe", if the information about Holland is still correct?

And most importantly, are RDDs used in your country (there were some rumours in the past)?

Thanks Nano. The information is still correct for the radars, except that the Multaradar C is between 24.069 and 24.100. A few new laserguns are used but I am not sure which ones (yet)
The RDD's were used from 2004 but not really anymore, at least there are no new reported cases for a while. A few weeks ago the police came with a message they found an RD again using an RDD. Ran into one myself 3 years ago and had to give them my Bel 996 and received a huge ticket. That is why I have a DSI now, this is undetectable for RDD's.
