Blinder M47 on Chevy Cobalt
There are two special aspectstp this install that the pics arent showing you. 1) Reinforcement for the grille, and 2) Painted heads on the rear.
The front grille on the Cobalt is very flimsy, and does not offer rigid enough mount points. To get around this, I crafter a special bracket out of aluminum. Basically, there is a bar running behind the grille for it;s entire width. On the ends are pieces of angle aluminum (about 6 inches long) that fit into the grille to provide mounting surfaces that are perfectly flat on each end of the bar. The whole thing is an aluminum and 3M mounting tape sandwhich. I;m having teouble with the pictures of the bracket, so I may end up adding them later.
The painted heads in the rear are self explainatory. They are painted the same color as the car, with the exception of the lense. This make them a little less offensive, even though they sitting there for all to see.

Thanks, I'm real happy with this one. I used 3M mounting tape for the rear heads. It's the kind that's made for body moldings and such.
