Uniden 520XL CB install in 2005 Acura TL

I got a Uniden 520XL because the PC-68 Elite I had was too big. Here are the size differences...

Where's the Antenna? Otherwise it's just a fancy box with lights:p

Good clean job on the radio itself though

That looks great. I got a 510 because my Cobra 25 was too big to fit anywhere reasonable.

I assume the storage compartment door can still close with the mic removed? How is the mic lip attached, tape?

If I still drove alot more on interstates I would repair my 510.... my Galaxy 949 while it has amazing performance it just takes up alot of real estate

Thanks. The storage compartment can not close as of right now. I might cut out the back and see if I can adjust it so it can close. Yes, the mic lip is attached with 3M tape.

Its safe from pigeons there too! (at least so far in my case)
