Good article, thank you. Poor babies don't like their traps to be revealed. I'm glad citizens who have time and money are taking action against their BS.

-A great idea to boost job creation would be to simply fire all police officers/troopers/sheriffs (in increments and do private evaluations of their work)... then rehire in the thousands of positions to get the criminals out of the positions. How should this be paid for you ask? How about with the millions upon millions in illegal funds gained by illegal ticketing of drivers...

I am one who used to flash my headlights, however since the days of modern technology I just use trapster or depending if I want real time traffic updating waze. However I'd rather use Trapster.

That's an infringement on your first amendment rights... and your right not to be harassed, checked, or detained without probable cause.... Hope they sue for right's violations, too because they had no PC to pull these people over!

The first mistake the guy made was to flash his light before he actually passed the FHP. He deserves the ticket for being an idiot. Honestly, I never understood what people do that, you flash when you pass their location since flashing before does not help the people who are between you and the officer locate they already been nailed. Second it attract the officer attention to you like this guy. Once pass the officer the can not see you flashing and it help the on coming cars.
I have to give him credit he actually found a lawyer to take this case most could care less about traffic ticket and very few actually know the laws.
PA has case law on this as well and the courts held the police can not stop someone for flashing their lights to warn people of an officers location for speed traps.
