Redline owner wants to say something positive about the folks at Escort
After owning a redline for a year I was noticing what "seemed" like decreased Ka sensitivity. Having tried to resolve a pricing issue with Escort almost a year ago, I was not looking forward to communicating with them again.
I even posted on the forum about the poor attitude of the rep when I called the first time.
I'm happy to report that my last call for service was much better. In fact, I purchased an extended warranty for my redline after talking to their friendly rep (something I would not have done during my first call).
I figure I posted my complaints, so its only fair to post the positives as well.
So thanks for upping the CS Escort, I'm looking forward to getting my Redline back in action (especially after getting a new car last week!).

I'd like to add that I recently got my redline back, and it is working much better. The repair ticket listed the antenna as the problem. Again, great service. I was so glad to get my detector back. The week on the road without it...I didn't realize how much I would miss it. It doesn't make me drive faster, just feel more secure when I'm driving.

Absolutely, I never leave home without my RD, whether im in a rental or a company car!
